Fun with post-its

My oldest has decided that a fun way of keeping her 2 year-old self occupied is to pull off and pile up all the post-it notes from my stash.  Oh well, I wasn't really using them anyway.

Ok.  I don't begrudge anyone a college education.  2 years, 4 years, 10 years, whatevs.  And, yes, sometimes it's hard to proofread your writing, especially when it's a long involved narrative, research paper, historical analysis, etc.  Tyops happen.  However, if you have a small advertisement, with one line of text for an ONLINE COLLEGE, don't you think you could at least get a simple homophonic issue correct? HELLO!  Ever pass 6th grade English? 

Case in point.  I saw this at the top of some random page I found out on in the interwebz today. 



Think Your Too Busy...  Well, at least they got the too/to thing right.  I just have to say that the amateur copyeditor in me is cringing at the craptastic capitalization used on the ad.  Did some random office temp just sit down and create this monstrocity?

I guess if you wear glasses, you look like ANY celebrity who wears glasses. At least I have the same style frames as Ms. Garofalo...
